Until we get more members, we are no longer playing in Leagues.
But, until we can get more members to actually stay with us, we need to get good at the game, work as a team and get better at teamwork and tactics.
I have come to the decision that to sort out the war teams, we need to 1v1 everyone in the clan, with lots of spectators to the match. Delta will play them, and it will go down to the desicion of who was spectating who goes in what team. This is how we are going to decide the teams.
Once the teams have been sorted out - as if - we will start training. I am looking for 5 players and 3 backup in each team. If that means War Team 1 being up and running and War Team 2 not up and running then so be it. We can live with that for now.
But the main point is, that if we stand any chance of getting new members to join and stay, we need this:
*No Arguing. We want a nice community. If you want to see what a nice community is like go and join ES-X. Now that Erebus is gone, the arguing should drop by a significant amount, and this is crucial that we have a good community, with high spirits all or most of the time etc..
*Practice with your War Team EVERY NIGHT! We are going to do this whether you like it or not. I want 5 members and 3 backup, ATLEAST 3 backup. The only Inter-Clan wars we will be playing are ones with our own War Teams. I have managed this by having two War Servers, and they will be put to good use, I should hope.
That's all the guidelines I have for you now. I shall finish my exams on the 1st December. This isn't long away. THEN we will nearly be into the holidays when I can really help this clan out of the dirt.
